My adventure in Costa Rica began with an impulsive plan to explore the stunning country in an exciting road trip. I knew that my biggest challenge was to find the right place to rest my head and the first place on my list was Jaco. Fortunately, I discovered a great collection of lodgings fit for everyone's budget – hostels!
I was amazed by the vibrant community in Jaco and the variety of hostels. From shared dorm rooms, to private cabins, there was an option for everyone. My favorite was definitely the communal spaces they offered such as huge outdoor terraces and friendly bar-lounges. The atmosphere was cozy and full of multicultural travelers.
The best part of my experience with the hostels in Jaco were the unforgettable memories I shared with the people there. We laugh together, traded stories, and did some of the wildest activities. During my stay, I even ended up making some amazing friends from all over the world.
